UGC Mission Design Help InFamous 2? ?

This is my iPod and I am currently making a UGC mission on my ps3 it's not perfect but it's good but I'm missing something the ability to show captions of the players or groups speaking you know and you have to press triangle to continue I really need that to make my mission better so may someone please hurry on the question I dont mean to rush you thanks to all!
