SPAM AND MAILER DAEMON FAILURE NOTICE PROBLEMS?

I want my emails that I send and receive from my addresses that are already on my CONTACT list to go through. First it went into spam - now I am receiving Mailer Daemon - Failure Notices for typed emails that must go to existing contacts. If I resend or forward, I get the same message and everytime it says that it is spam email. Can you please take the SPAM opsion of my email address? It is very frustrating. Every 2nd email I send is going into spam or I receive failure notices for it. These are correct email addresses of people that I have been corresponding for ever before I started to make use of Yahoo.
