My email was hijacked/virus/I need computer help!?

Just change all your passwords, on all accounts that have that password, and make sure you get rid of any viruses or spyware on your computer. Send out an apology email to all the contacts that you spammed, explaining that someone hijacked your email. Just keep your email credentials private at all times, and don't go to fishy websites in the future.
