What should I do about this guy's behavior?

I'd be upset. Cause yeah they're just jokes and they're funny, but after awhile, it's like uhh are you trying to say something? Do you have something against me?.. And by putting that video up, that makes him even more immature. I"d just be like "you just post that up cause you're upset that YOU got dumped by a short person". I wouldn't like to go all out but making fun of my height (I'm 17 and 5"1 as well) every chance a person can get would make me take it a bit serious.
