Any particular nipple for baby who refuses to formula feeding?

I have 7mos old baby who refuses to feed on a bottle, i've tried 6 different shapes of nipple but either one of them works.I tried giving him water at first but he will just play with it,I've tried putting my breast milk, 3 different kind of formula but nothing really works..please help..
