How many stamps would you need to put if you were to mail something from Atlanta, GA to Round Lake, IL?

Hi, I'm trying to mail a 8mm tape to Round Lake, IL in a bubble padded mailer envelope. The 8mm tape weighs around 4.8 oz. How many stamps would I need to put on it? Or do I have to go to UPS or USPS?? Thank you very much!
